Overview:
The Technology & Marketing Coordinator will drive technology and marketing training and support for Market Center Leadership, the Associate Leadership Council, and Agents at Keller Williams Elite. This role supports the Market Center leadership in recruiting and retaining top agents by showcasing and training on KW technology and marketing systems. They will provide first-level technical support and act as a problem solver, business consultant, and technology expert with strong communication skills.
Primary Duties (20% of the Job):
Host weekly technology or marketing classes utilizing KW Technology.
Onboard new associates into Command and other office technology systems.
Manage and execute the external KW Elite social media content strategy.
Hold 1:1 appointments with Agents.
Provide tier 1 technical support for the Market Center, including DocuSign, PaperCut, and KW Command.
Communication and Engagement:
Create weekly content around tech & marketing updates agents can utilize to grow their real estate business.
Provide weekly tech updates to associates via social media and/or email.
Facilitate weekly training and agent onboarding sessions.
Provide updates to Market Center Leadership on known bugs, issues, developments, and agent feedback.
Post content to share on social media at least 5 times per week about Market Center value proposition, agent stories, and Market Center culture, technology and systems.
Participate in weekly regional tech calls and monthly regional tech training masterminds.
Attend weekly KWRI calls to learn new tech initiatives, integrate new information into MC tech training, and communicate gaps/challenges with RTT.
Communicate weekly "wins" to MC Leadership regarding tech engagement.
Additional Responsibilities:
Review key metrics to identify Market Center technology gaps and build education and training calendars.
Evaluate support requests and develop training materials to address FAQs.
Train associates using multiple delivery methods and evaluate training engagement based on tech adoption metrics.
Work with the ALC Tech Committee to facilitate and deliver tech training.
Route escalation points for associate tech support and respond to support inquiries within 1 business day.
Attend all Regional meetings and calls.
Manage and maintain the Market Center resource website
Create and update marketing materials and templates in Canva for Agents
Oversee PaperCut Cloud printer and provide support to agents with printers

Qualifications:
Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
