Managing Broker

  • Pam Suttles brings more than 40 years of real estate experience to her role as Managing Broker at Keller Williams Elite, including 33 years with the Market Center since its earliest days. She began her real estate career selling new construction homes while completing her degree at the University of Oklahoma—and never looked back.

Over the course of her career, Pam has built extensive expertise across nearly every facet of residential real estate. Her background includes deep experience in relocation and REO transactions, having served as a Relocation Director for eight offices. Pam was also the broker who opened the Keller Williams Elite Yukon office and, after returning to sales, later stepped back into leadership to manage the Yukon office a second time. Her long-standing history with the Market Center gives her unmatched institutional knowledge and perspective.

Pam is passionate about helping agents successfully navigate real estate transactions, particularly in complex or high-pressure situations. She is known for her calm guidance, strong negotiation skills, and ability to help resolve conflict and difficult scenarios. Agents regularly rely on her for support with listings, contracts, referrals, compliance matters, TRRs, negotiations, OREC and MLS questions, and all things transaction-related (with the exception of technology support).

In addition to her transactional expertise, Pam has cultivated a vast professional network over decades in the business, allowing her to connect agents with trusted resources in lending, title, appraisals, and other key service areas.

Outside of real estate, Pam enjoys cooking, entertaining, gardening, and reading. She and her husband, John, love going to the movies and traveling—often planning their trips around new dining experiences. Market Center Tech Trainer

  • Stephanie Stanley is dedicated to helping agents master the technology that powers their real estate businesses. With a professional background that blends creativity and systems, she brings four years of experience in event planning and eight years in full-service marketing to her role at Keller Williams Elite. Her work has spanned everything from social media content creation to technical website optimization, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both marketing strategy and the tools required to execute it.

Stephanie approaches technology as a means to an end—not the end itself. She understands that tech is only valuable when it supports clear business goals. By translating her marketing and systems expertise into practical, actionable training, she helps agents move past “tech overwhelm” and confidently use Keller Williams technology to generate leads, strengthen their online presence, and grow their businesses.

In her role, Stephanie supports agents through tech onboarding, digital marketing troubleshooting, and strategic consultations. Her focus is on teaching agents how to use tools like KW Command and Agent Sites intentionally—so technology becomes a reliable asset rather than a source of frustration.

Outside of the office, Stephanie is a married dog mom of two living in Oklahoma City. When she’s not supporting agents, you’ll likely find her in a Pilates or hot yoga class, shopping, or enjoying a cocktail. As Compliance Coordinator, Stacy plays a critical role in ensuring transactions move smoothly toward closing. She works closely with agents to confirm that files are complete, accurate, and compliant with all brokerage and regulatory requirements. In partnership with Dena, she also assists in ensuring agents have their Disbursement Authorizations (DAs) in place for closing—helping prevent delays and last-minute issues.

Stacy is known for her steady presence, attention to detail, and supportive approach. She understands that compliance can feel overwhelming, and her goal is to help agents navigate the process with clarity and confidence so they can stay focused on serving their clients.

Outside of the office, Stacy has been married to her husband, Kevin, for 33 years and is the proud mom of three sons and two new daughters-in-law. She brings the same care, consistency, and commitment to her work that she values in her family life, making her a trusted resource for agents across the Market Center.
