The Agent Leadership Council (ALC) comprises the top 20% of agents in each office, actively involved in leadership decisions for productivity and profitability. ALC focuses on Growth, Productivity, Profitability, and Culture. Monthly meetings involve profit/loss review, training, and idea-sharing to enhance office success. Agents are treated as business partners, fostering a passion for making KW the best place for real estate business.

The ALC meets monthly, and all are welcome to attend and observe.
