DocuSign disconnects from Command on July 14
Say hello to Lone Wolf Transact
Yes, another change. We know. But here’s the good news: this one actually makes your life easier and your wallet happier. Everything you need to make the switch without losing your mind is right here on this page.
Why this is actually an upgrade
Your Command process isn’t changing
The way you work in Command stays exactly the same. Opportunities, checklists, submitting docs — all of it. The only thing you're learning is the new esignature platform itself. That's it. One new tool, not a whole new world.
24/7/365 Support
Around-the-clock access to technical support for your transaction management and esignatures.
It’s already included in your $95 monthly tech fee
Dotloop and DocuSign? Extra monthly cost out of your pocket. Lone Wolf Transact? Already covered. And here's the part nobody talks about: when the MLS or OREC updates a form, Lone Wolf updates it automatically. On other platforms, keeping documents current is on you — and an outdated form is a problem you don't want.
Up to 4 Buyers & 4 Sellers
Supports up to 4 buyers and 4 sellers per transaction, giving you the flexibility to handle complex deals.
Built for Keller Williams
This isn't an off-the-shelf tool we're squeezing into our world. KW's partnership with Lone Wolf means we have real input on features and workflows — so the platform is built around how KW agents actually work, and it keeps getting better based on what we need.
Flexible Transactions
Manage multiple offers within a single transaction and easily reuse details if a deal falls through to move faster on the next offer.
Real questions, real answers

Anything already submitted through Command is safe. But documents that live only in DocuSign (TRRs, inspection reports, anything you uploaded directly) will need to be downloaded and saved somewhere you control, like Google Drive.
I suggest doing this for the last year of transactions. The office has synced ALL DocuSign documents to Google Drive, so if you need anything from the “archives”, let us know the client name and/or the address and we’ll find it.
Don't want to download/upload manually? An app called API Nation will sync your files over for you. It's not free (plans start at $15/month), but you'd only need it for one month to move everything, then cancel. Fifteen bucks for hours of your life back? Your call.

Honest answer: kind of, but it's smaller than you think. Your Command workflow doesn't change at all. The esignature platform itself is new, but if you've used any esignature tool before, a lot of it will feel familiar. You've learned harder things. We promise.

You're not alone. This is happening to a lot of agents. Here's the play:
Create a new opportunity and sync it to Lone Wolf (instead of DocuSign).
Pull your existing submitted documents from the old opportunity into the new one, so everything lives in one place.
Archive the old DocuSign-synced opportunity. Archiving isn't deleting; you can retrieve it anytime if you need it.
Stuck on any step? That's literally what the booking button is for.
