DocuSign is Dead. Now What? | KW Elite

Transition Resources · KW Elite OKC

DocuSign is dead.
Here's what's next.

The DocuSign connection in Command is gone. Lone Wolf Transact is your new e-signature and transaction platform. This page has everything you need depending on where you are in the process.

📋
Old DocuSign files Keep the Command Opportunity, manually create a Lone Wolf transaction.
New transactions Start in Command, sync to Lone Wolf from the Documents tab.
🖥️
Direct access You can also log in at LWOLF.com any time.
Compliance still lives in Command Always upload final docs back to your Opportunity.

Which situation are you in?

Pick the path that matches where you are right now. Don't overthink it.

You had a DocuSign-linked Opportunity. Now what?

This is for active listings, active contracts, and anything where compliance has already been started or submitted in Command.

Keep This Opportunity

Don't recreate the Opportunity. Don't start over.

If compliance is already in motion, your job is to keep the existing Command Opportunity intact. The Documents tab will no longer have a DocuSign button — and that Opportunity can't be linked to Lone Wolf either.

What you do instead: Go directly to Lone Wolf, manually create a new transaction, add your parties and property details, handle your forms and e-signatures there — then export and upload the finished docs back into your Command Opportunity for compliance.

When You Can Start Fresh

The Opportunity isn't active yet

If no active listing, no active contract, and no compliance submitted — you can archive that old Opportunity and create a new one. Then follow the new transaction workflow to connect it to Lone Wolf from the jump.

How to manually create a Lone Wolf transaction

This is the workflow for current files that can't be connected to Lone Wolf through Command.

Watch: Manual Transaction Walkthrough
1

Go to LWOLF.com

Open a new browser tab, go to LWOLF.com, and click Client Login.

2

Open Transact Command Edition

Select Transact Command Edition. If you don't see it immediately, check the Foundation menu or confirm you're in the right Lone Wolf profile.

3

Create a new transaction

Click New Transaction, choose purchase or listing, and complete the setup wizard — or toggle the wizard off and enter details manually.

4

Add parties, details, and paperwork

Add client and transaction details, then use Add Paperwork to upload docs or pull from form libraries — including Oklahoma Real Estate Commission forms.

5

Complete signatures, then upload to Command

Handle e-signatures in Lone Wolf, then save/export the finished documents and upload them back into your existing Command Opportunity for compliance review.

Starting something new? Begin in Command.

For any new buyer or listing Opportunity, start in Command first, select the right checklist, then sync to Lone Wolf. That's the connected workflow that replaced DocuSign.
